One-On-One Private Sessions

As a parent of three children, I am deeply concerned about the health of our children. Childhood obesity is rising and mental health is declining. Together let’s approach their health in a more holistic manner. This approach will compliment any existing treatments they are receiving.

Our modern world is a “toxic soup”, that is contributing to the decline in our children’s mental and physical health. Together we will work on addressing factors in their diet, lifestyle and environment that may be contributing to the deterioration in their health.
Lifestyle changes need to be addressed gradually in a step wise manner. This will result in more successful and sustainable changes
As parents, we need to “own it” and for the health of our children, we need to incorporate lifestyle changes into our family life. It may improve the health and wellbeing of all family members!

One-on-one private sessions include:

  • 90 minute initial consultation (in person or remote) with parent/s.

  • Pre-programme medical history form including medication and supplements.

  • Pre-programme 2 day food diary.

  • 30 mConsultation with child and parent/s (in person or remote)

  • Personalised written coaching plan emailed following initial consultation

  • 2 x 1 hour coaching sessions 2 - 4 weeks apart

  • Personalised written coaching plan following each session

  • Additional coaching sessions as required
